About Us

Hi everyone, my name is Eddie West McDermitt and I create hand made jewelry pieces which are relatable to my Company name, Saltwater Cowboy Creations.

 Until recently I never realized that an artist resides within me, but surprise, he does and he makes sure that there is a little piece of Saltwater Cowboy in each and every art piece that I create.

 My growing up years were divided between spending part of my time at my grandfather’s farm in southern Ohio and part of my time fishing in the Florida Keys. I have an innate love of all things authentic and tied closely to nature.

 I haven’t yet ended up in The Keys, but plan to spend my remaining years making custom jewelry, writing songs and catching everything from giant Marlin to the tastiest of Snappers. I feel as one with nature and I believe that my jewelry represents that in its authenticity.

 While my career path hasn’t afforded me the opportunity to actually be a cowboy, I will always be so in my heart of hearts.
